Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Constantine Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using our AI receptionist services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Free Trial
We may offer a 7-day trial period with limited usage (e.g., 100 call minutes) to allow prospective customers to test the AI receptionist before committing to a paid plan.
Because the trial is provided specifically to evaluate the service:
No refunds are applicable for the trial period.
Customers are expected to evaluate the functionality and suitability of the service during this period.
2. Subscription Fees
Our AI receptionist service may include monthly subscription plans and one-time setup fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Once a subscription period begins, the fee for that billing period is non-refundable.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access will remain active until that time.
Subscription fees are generally not refundable because the service and infrastructure are provisioned immediately upon activation.
3. Usage-Based Charges
Some services include usage-based pricing (for example, call minutes beyond included limits).
The following are non-refundable once used:
AI call minutes
SMS or communication usage
API or automation usage
Any other consumption-based resources
Usage charges reflect actual infrastructure and AI processing costs and therefore cannot be refunded after consumption.
4. Setup Fees
Certain plans may include a one-time setup or configuration fee for:
AI receptionist configuration
custom call flows
integrations
deployment and testing
These setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has started, as technical resources are allocated to configure the system.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under limited circumstances, including:
1. Billing Errors
If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing or technical error.
2. Duplicate Payments
If the same transaction was processed more than once.
3. Service Failure
If the service is completely unavailable due to a technical issue on our side for an extended period and the issue cannot be resolved.
Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

account email
transaction date
payment amount
reason for the request
Requests must typically be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and refunds remain at the sole discretion of the Company unless required by law.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
refunds will be issued to the original payment method
processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
8. Identity Verification
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, identity verification may be required before processing certain payments, account activations, or refund requests. We reserve the right to request valid identification or additional verification information if necessary. Failure to provide the requested verification may result in delays, suspension of service, or denial of a refund request.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
