1. Free Trial

We may offer a 3-day trial period with limited usage to evaluate the service.

  • No refunds apply to trial usage

  • Customers are expected to evaluate the service during this period

2. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period

3. Usage-Based Charges

Usage-based services (including AI call minutes and communication usage) are non-refundable once consumed.

This includes:

  • AI call minutes

  • API or automation usage

  • Messaging or communication usage

  • Any other consumed service resources

4. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover configuration and deployment services.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Billing errors

  • Duplicate charges

  • Verified service outage or failure caused by the Company

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact support with:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Transaction details

  • Reason for request

Requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

8. Identity Verification

We may require identity verification to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions. Failure to comply may delay or prevent processing.
