You acknowledge that outputs generated by AI systems may not always be perfect and should be reviewed where necessary.

3. SMS Messaging Terms (IMPORTANT – A2P COMPLIANCE SECTION)

By providing your phone number through our website, onboarding process, or communication with our services, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Constantine Solutions.

Types of messages may include:

  • service notifications

  • appointment confirmations or reminders

  • account or usage updates

  • support-related communications

Message Terms:

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase

Opt-Out Instructions:

  • Subscription fees are recurring unless canceled

  • Usage-based charges are billed according to actual consumption

  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
