Our platform provides AI-powered receptionist services that may:
answer and handle inbound calls
collect and process caller information
generate call summaries or transcripts
send SMS notifications related to service interactions
You acknowledge that outputs generated by AI systems may not always be perfect and should be reviewed where necessary.
3. SMS Messaging Terms (IMPORTANT – A2P COMPLIANCE SECTION)
By providing your phone number through our website, onboarding process, or communication with our services, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Constantine Solutions.
Types of messages may include:
service notifications
appointment confirmations or reminders
account or usage updates
support-related communications

4. Call Recording & Communication Consent

recordings may be used to improve service quality, debugging, and AI performance
clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local call recording laws and disclosure requirements
5. Payments & Billing
Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
Subscription fees are recurring unless canceled
Usage-based charges are billed according to actual consumption
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
we do not guarantee error-free AI outputs
our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days
